How to install windows XP from USB pendrive

Want to install windows XP from USB pendrive and don't want to use old method of CD & DVD then you are at right place!

This small tutorial will helpful you to make bootable pendrive of windows XP and using it you will able to install it from USB!

There are many software available on the internet that used to make bootable windows XP pendrive but I am going to show you an easiest method of installation.

Pre-Requirements
  • A USB pendrive of capacity 1GB or 2GB (1GB is also enough).
  • Rufus software, google it and download it!
  • Windows XP bootable ISO (download it from torrent or from any other place).
  • Obviously a PC :D


Steps
  1. Attach pendrive to PC!
  2. Open RUFUS software and make sure that your pendrive is listed.
  3. Now focus on "FORMAT OPTION"

  4. Click on CD DRIVE ICON as shown in above picture!
  5. Browse and select ISO file of windows XP
  6. Click on "Start" button to start process.
  7. After completion of process, your pendrive will able to boot and install windows XP from it!
  8. Boot from pendrive and install windows XP same as installation from CD.
  9. Enjoy using windows XP :D
